Our company has seen rapid expansion in the 70's and 80's peaking at 90 employees working out of three operating centres in the Black Country. In October 2000 we witnessed a break with tradition when "outsider" Andrew Hudson purchased the 50% shareholding from Bob Evans, who retired to take a consultancy role within the business. Andrew was previously a senior manager with one of the industry giants, and introduced radical changes and fresh ideas into the business. Senior partner Jack Mondon Jnr. has considerable experience managing a successful small business, with particular knowledge in the operational and dismantling side. This union brings further growth and success to the business. Inevitably with the passage of the time, key members of the management team have made way for the next generation to join the company and strive to compete in today's difficult trading conditions. The business has consolidated and is now based at Halesowen in the heart of the Black Country where we continue to offer a service that our founders would be proud to be associated with. The senior management team at Evans & Mondon Ltd of Andy Hudson, Jack Mondon & Mike Alldrit have a combined Industry experience in excess of 100 years. |
